Robert, I can understand you, but there is no contradiction. While counting
votes, during the first hours of counting there were two different but parallel
processes: the first one was usual process in which responsible persons were
counting the votes from which Mousavi had received his initial information,
another was a parallel center in the Interior Ministry who only announced
rushly the results without noticing the counting process! I understand that
this is unbelievable, but this is exactly what has made people angry here.
Such fraud process now seems to be designated about two days before the
election day, being approved by the religious leader, when AN's mafia
undoubtedly realized that Mousavi will be the winner.

What was initially and bit by bit announced was not an aggregation of some
numbers. The so-called aggregation was firstly announces, and then during the
days after election the ballot boxes were so prepared that they can produced
the aggregation. As you may know, Mousvi rejected to send a person for
recounting ten percent of the ballots.

No, the letter only include some titles of the report. The report is about 60
pages in Persian, focusing on different phases of the election precess, and
showing many different methods of fraud in this great lie.
I am well aware that how much all these are strange. In the last 30 years (
not least after 1996 landslide victory of Khatami) , the election as a
political institution was a place in which many political struggles can be
solved . In th 30 anniversary of the revolution , however, the election
became the very subject of the political struggle. What has happened is
against the election institution itself.
