I don't think this Russian guy is guilty of anything. Information has a market prices of $0, is it not? What happens if I "steal" something that has a price of $0? Am I guilty because of that? When a pick a ripe peach from that peach tree in front of the grocery store across where I live, is that a threat to the US national economy or financial markets?
