And, because of that, he is UNGUILTY as charged, putting aside the
things I am familiar with as a product manager of six or seven
software in my past life.

My software engineers were not stealing anything from me when they
took the code they had been working on to home. They were doing a
favor basically, because they had no reason to work on the software at
home on their spare time, unless they were working from home according
to their contracts, and when that was the case, they had to have the
code on their personal computers.

Software cannot be stolen in a "free" market, because in a free market
the software is "priceless" in both senses of the word: the price can
be anywhere between zero and infinity.

But the market price is zero.

One conclusion I make from all of this is that this market is not free at all.

The other conclusion I make is that Serge is not guilty of anything!

Good luck to Serge:

It will take a while for him to prove that he had no guilt and he may
even fail in proving that.

This is a fucked up system, after all.
