Not true, investment banks and other financial players stand to make billions
underwriting and flipping GHG emission credits.

The problem with the whole faux climate change debate in the US (and hardly
anywhere else) is that so much effort has been spent unmasking the "skeptics"
for what they are (hydrocarbon capitalist shills, most of them anyway), a bogus
technocratic conceit has been allowed to prevail: that "correct" policy can
unproblematically be read off from "correct" science.
