Those are good examples too. But I've mislaid my copy of the
multi-volume COMPLETE WORKS OF GUS HALL and can't say for sure.
Concerning Baran, I'm basing my view on his POLITICAL ECONOMY OF
GROWTH, which is a great book nonetheless.
