Translation: "real pro-business". 

As president of telecommunications giant SBC, angered by a decision of the FCC, 
Daley told CNBC's Larry Kudlow he wished "government would just get out of the 
way."
"Mr. Daley, you sound an awfully like a capitalist," Kudlow jibed. "Oh, we're 
all capitalists, Larry," the the jocular Daley replied.

A perfect fit for the Obama administration, as it seeks to displace the the 
Republican party, with its unruly right populist base, as the more reliable 
instrument of corporate America.
