No Michael, that is not what Beggs is saying. He is saying "From within the frameworks of neo-classical and Keynesian economics in which I was indoctrinated and to which I must remain loyal for professional reasons Marx's actual analytics appear antiquated to me even though neo-classical and Keynesian economics are blowing up in my face; but my response to that is to make fun of Harvey and Kliman and people like that as Frankensteins and zombies. Can I please remain a fellow respected economist?"
That is clearly what he wrote.
