An aspiration to whiteness is understandable given the last 2 centuries of colonialism and European domination, but from the descendants of Holocaust survivors, this is just truly grotesque.
--- Actually, if you read the Zionist founding documents, this is not grotesque, it is part of the self-definition of the zionist state, which offered itself to the western powers as overseers to the sand niggers. The Zionists would govern the middle east pretty much in the way they worked as stewards in Eastern Europe -- helping the Europeans exploit the natives & and get a state in the middle east for their services. I'm not making this shit up. It's in the founding documents and in the letters asking for assistance that they sent to various governments. Didn't quite work out that way, but that was the plan. Keep in mind that zionism rose at the same time as jews were being enfranchised across europe (with every social revolution). The zionists drew their support from those who would otherwise have been local leaders of the Jewish ghettos, but whose social standing and economic security was now threatened by the enfranchisement of the jews.
