I actually agree with you here as I have stated in my other emails on
this topic.

PEN-Lers and progressives in general are in denial about the
unpopularity of unions with the general public in the US - and
especialyl about the reasons for this unpopularity.

Doug Henwood's article is a refreshing exception.
