Some maybe but that's not the point. The central point is to cause as much chaos and uncertainty as possible and make ordinary goverance impossible. They are playing a spoiler game to ruin the Obama administration. Obama is playing a counter game, that `we' are the only responsible members of government. A stalemate is a win for the GOP.
