Poor Robert, indeed. I join your commiseration. 

Vectors, as I'm sure you know, have both magnitude and direction. 
Obie's direction is certainly the same as Bushie's.  

Whether his magnitude is any different is a nice question. He has, 
of course, three years to go. Apples to apples, and all that. Even so, 
he's putting a lot of points on the board.
