opensource advocator, people who dont like microsoft/monopoly
will join reform movement. but i think they dont really support BA
because of the manifesto dont cater this problem much.

when this standard (which's not follow IT standard like rfc)
become of problem, maybe not now, not when this MSC propaganda
still hot, people start to complain .
when it come to 1 level where malaysian can develop own software
  which's not depend of VB/VC library/tool , there will be a problem.
  start arguing about the monopoly.
maybe not now, maybe 2 or 3 year later.
  wait and see.
when ppl forced to upgrade this and that,

when the problem at above happened, people will know and realized
when they have done was making benefit to foriegner. they will switch to
opensource alike development style. if it not opensource, the dependency
to external library reduced.

non offial PC will continue piracy as a standard

why dont we try alternative media.
http://dmoz.org/News/Alternative_Media/
i like ips.org, the malaysian version is http://www.saksi.com/
contained with non anonymous article.

msctimes.com is consider alternative media too although it support msc
propaganda.
check this http://www.msctimes.com/thislinux.htm
they dont block my oppinion that state
"non MSC propaganda, is the cause of slow opensource movement"

Concept of alternative media is just like opensource movement
alternative media = where people contribute article/ stories
opensource = where people contribute source code / patch

from my observation, before this, it's difficult for us to see
malaysian contributing at any kind without tha goverment's campaign.
suddently after one 'case', people are start learning to contribute.
and forming numbers of alternative media.
the most popular is
  LAMAN REF*RMASI http://mehazalimtwo.tripod.com
  Free M*laysia http://freemalaysia.com
  many more.
what interesting they form a network thru
   Jiwa M*rdeka http://beras.tripod.com and
   UMU http://members.xoom.com/umu/

it shows malaysian start learning contributing. i think soon afterthis
malaysian will contribute to opensource movement.
2 or 3 years ... maybe next week

god bless opensource developer.
