KOTA BARU, THURS:
THE dengue outbreak in Kelantan had hit a serious patch with the number recorded increasing drastically since the last three weeks. State Health director Datuk Dr Ahmad Razin Ahmad Maher said normally only between 25 and 30 cases were recorded but it had more than doubled since mid-July.
"There are between 60 and 70 cases per week and this is really worrying," he told reporters here yesterday.
