None of this seems in disagreement with Perkeep model and mechanism,
in theory. However, we haven't done anything in particular yet to make
Perkeep multi-user, so as of now they are some gaps in the
implementation that probably wouldn't let you make it work like that.

both tagging and sharing work. So you should be able to search
whatever tag, and then select the results, and share them
specifically.

permanodes as a filesystem.
