Obviously not: Anton wouldn't be attempting to make it Perl-visible
otherwise -- and if you remember I have been asking for it on and off,
if nothing else at least to try out.

For Windows platforms it's definitely better than non-forkedness,
and IIRC Chris was thinking of using it in MacOS Classic.
