That's why this would just be a report and not a test. Manual investigation would be needed to find out unless you hooked this into a minicpan installation or something similar in order to figure out what prereqs are listed there. Even then, that would be difficult. I figure that running this on something like HTML::TokeParser::Simple would be trivial.
