This is my special non-fork win32 perl595 with Test::Harness 2.99_02 installed
as the harness.

I was running dmake test for Tk. Under CPAN this would have lead to a
non-install, although no tests really failed.



I can send patches for the Tk test-suite if needed to fix the skip_all reason...
