If its a problem with Perl in general one can talk about it with the
perl5-porters and with Activestate.  I don't know about Activestate, but p5p
gets so little response from Windows users.

You can also figure out a way to provide p5p with a Vista box they can log
into and do development work on.  That's a major issue, most Perl developers
don't have a Windows machine and Windows is so difficult to make multi-user.
