To install the module into ActivePerl 5xx you do not have to do 
anything much :

 c:\> ppm install --location=http://Jenda.Krynicky.cz/perl Win32-GUI

This'll install the newest version plus all the docs and the 
tutorial.

The Parse exception usualy mean you are using a module compiled for a 
different perl.
