No, at least not yet. They would of course be included should there ever
be another release in the 5xx series, but I consider this unlikely.
I don't know if we'll provide a PPM for libwin32-0.16 for the 5xx
repository (which would then include Win32::OLE 0.12).
Of course having a PPM module for something that is already bundled
creates its own can of worms, but for 5xx this probably isn't such a big
problem.
