I could edit it into a Synopsis if you really want.

Or just explain the reasoning that's missing now.

Why is there any difference in declaring classes and roles if a class can be used as the target of either 'is' or 'does'?

If you check in changes to S12, the same section talks about ::?CLASS of a role. At the very least, that is a bad example, since recent discussion is that ::?CLASS is not virtual.

I'd appreciate it if you went over my detailed treatment of role composition algorithm and realization included in specdoc (http://www.dlugosz.com/Perl6/) section 16.
