Hi all,

Nice suggestions.

In my mind a good logo must be simple, no too detailed shapes, quite graphical. 
Examples include the Scipy base logo (simple S shaped arrow) and the ubuntu 
logo. They allow resizing over large ranges and remain distinctive, work in 
colour but just as well in B/W, gray etc.

I don't have the ideal solution but believe the suggested ones to date are too 
intricate.

I have done a suggestion to integrate the idea of the PDL letters and the 
concept of data *flow*. I'll send it to Daniel to put up for others to have a 
look.

Anyway, we need to look for something simple with simple shapes.
