We put door locks on homes. This makes it harder for "black bag"
teams to put keyboard bugs on terrorists's homes. (Or at least people
suspected of being terrorists.)
Does this mean that creating building codes which require that doors
have locks, or people who install locks on doors, are giving "aid and
comfort" to the enemy?
