Can use please send yout apache config file(s) and the output of "httpd -l"? I'd guess that there are some modules in your config which play some dirty tricks that are not compatible the way peruser works. Can you also try to set the ExtendedStatus to "On" and use the URL of the status module to find out which was the last request served by this child (if any)? Thanks, Stefan
