Hello, I'm working on this very thing as well.
I've attached working draft of the trap list redo I'm doing for my museum in DC. We have everything in two buildings, on one floor and only the offices are fully divided off from the main exhibit space. Larger areas or specific spaces like cabinets/windows get subdivided from the section using a decimal system. I'm working with a colleague who recommended I tweak the numbering to better differentiate specific zones. So something like offices are 100s, education spaces are 200s, collection spaces, are 300s, etc. The traps themselves will be labeled with their number, area, section, and the date set. This seems to be working for the Navy. Look forward to any further tips or tricks people have to share. I want to do things right the first time around, so I'm trying to think ahead to all the information that might be helpful to have on a label and then in the logging worksheets.
