Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has ever reared any of these pest beetle larvae
for testing. We will be testing to kill/control T. herbarius with volatile
andean plant extracts, and I need to figure out the best way to reproduce
and harvest them. Do you just use tupperware in controlled conditions or is
something more high-tech required?

I'm also not familiar with what the ethical aspects of rearing these
insects to kill them for research purposes might be. I've never done
anything like this before, so any pointers on any aspect of this endeavour
will be much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Angelica
