The museum’s previous heat sealer was purchased in response to a moth outbreak some years ago but could not keep up with the high volume it was used for and is no longer serviceable. If anyone has advice on types/brands of heat sealers that can manage multiple hours of operation at a time with a high volume of bags, it would be much appreciated! Personal experience and advice with use in collections contexts would be helpful.
