Hi Stu Thanks for the Open Suse 10 offer, but I have it already and was thinking of bumping it up to 10.1. Once I get broadband access sorted I can download 10.1 - any suggestions as to the best, i.e. includes cheapest ;-), broadband service and best place for hardware (online?).
I hope to touch base on the 30th. TIA Andrew On 5/18/06, Stuart Bird <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi Andrew Welcome aboard and welcome back to the UK. The meetings are almost always the last Tuesday of each month so the next one should be 30th May. They start at around 8pm. If you need directions just shout up and someone will guide you in. As far as Suse is concerned, you could obviosuly download 10.1 from the Suse mirrors. However if you would be content with Open Suse 10, I have some discs that I could put your way. I have 32 bit (5xcd's) and x86_64 (1xdvd) which I can either lend you, or copy for you. (I think thats within the rules for open Suse ?) Anyhow, let me know and I will bring them to the next meeting if needed.
