Thanks to all for the replies on this subject.

I have gone with upgrading my home account to a business package which includes a free domain name and hosting package. Not the cheapest but saves me a lot of hassle in changing ISP's I suppose.

While I am on, can anyone recommend a good ISP for home hosting.

I wouldn't recommend hosting anything at home and would instead
purchase a virtual server from a reputable provider (such as black
cat networks, bytemark, or unixshell if on a tight budget and not
minding it being in the US).

They are really very cheap and ideal for small-scale hosting, and
easy to upgrade to a dedicated server if/when needed.

Cheers,
