Using phpBB with Joomla won't look as good as using it's "native" forum
(SMF) but I can't see a mailman <-> SMF bridge. I think phpBB is
probably a better forum in its own right anyway, its just not so
integrated, and that probably doesn't really matter too much.
unless your red hot on phpBB patching and security I recommend you look
at something else. It is a huge spam magnet and full of holes.
