I spoke to the school caretaker (and part time IT tech) and he is very flexible
on dates. He is keen to open the school on any chosen date and to attend the
meeting! We are very thankful that so many are able to help with our project so
we
are happy to work with any date that the group decides.

I think this is my preference, but Andy may have made arrangements for
us to be at the school on that date, in which case we should go with
that plan instead rather than keep changing things around, We don't want
to look indecisive! (Andy, can you confirm your position?)

There was nothing specifically planned for the next meeting as I recall,
although I suspect Ubuntu 8.04 will play some part. I keep forgetting
it'll be new then, having been running it for about 6 weeks now :-)
