Watchdog will always find something to complain about, in my experience 
their legitimate causes get lost in the "noise" of poor half-baked 
investigations. On the odd occasion I watch it and I see a company 
defend their process correctly (ie showing that the customer was clearly 
shown what they were getting and has been delivered exactly that) then 
the company tends to come out of it better than Watchdog!
