Too bad that pfsync (or something) can't sync anchors.  I imagine
there'd be some configuration involved, maybe to say
which anchors the current box will allow to be synced, but
that would take care of ftp-proxy failover.  It would also
make life easier for anybody using carp that dynamically
changes anchors or tables for other reasons, they would not
have to "roll their own" to ensure that the master and the
failover's anchors stay in sync.
