If CreateOnDemand is checked, the controls will not be created until the
tabpage becomes active.  The constructor events will not fire.  This causes
your window to open fatser (at the expense of taking longer to draw the
tabpage for the first time you click on it), but if you ever need to refer
to the control that hasn't been created yet, you'll run into problems.
