Hi, it could be nice for pgfplots to provide a way to specify the input decimal separator.
Indeed, in France and probably more generally in Europe, the decimal separator is a comma, not a dot. Because of this, localized spreadsheets display values with commas as decimal separator that are stored when data is copied and pasted. Hence if a French user copies and pastes data from the spreadsheets to plain text file in order to plot it with pgfplots, he has first to search and replace all the commas by dots, which is a pain. BTW, I wanted to post this feature request on the dedicated SF site: https://sourceforge.net/p/pgfplots/feature-requests/ but there's no "Create Ticket" buttons.
