Postgresql is opensource, you are free do with what you want. If you
went through a third party vendor to buy support you will need to
contact that vendor to find what that support package covers.
User requirement is for support for the PostgreSQL database itself. They
are not looking for support for the software used to integrate .NET
applications with PostgreSQL.
Also can you please check if we can also buy one of the licenses from below?
