I meant incorrect as in when it was not supposed to be -- not InvalidXLogRecPtr.

But, I've realized I misspoke -- because InRecovery is only true in
the startup process, so

        if (XLogRecPtrIsInvalid(LocalMinRecoveryPoint) && InRecovery)

is false for checkpointer.
