Sure, but for another day I think. I turned on the buildfarm "keep" setting and looked at the diffs. The issue is that in there are a few places that do "SELECT ... FROM pg_seclabels ... ORDER BY ..." and when manually testing I get default database encoding "UTF8" but with the buildfarm I get "SQL_ASCII", hence a different sorting.
