I've written up a patch at http://archives.postgresql.org/message-id/20170806215521.d6fq4esvx7s5ejka%40alap3.anarazel.de but I can't test this either. We really need somebody with access to window to verify whether it works. That patch needs some adjustments as remarked by Tom, but can be tested as is.
