I am wondering if this would fail for corner case if HashMaxItemSize happened to be unaligned. For example, if (itemsz < HashMaxItemSize < MAXALIGN(itemsz), PageAddItem() would later fail with a not-so-obvious error. Should we just MAXALIGN_DOWN the HashMaxItemSize ?
