I have installed the latest PharoVM’s on Mac and Windows. On Windows it works 
without the copy of the sources file in the „program“ folder;
whereas in MacOS it needs a copy in the „Application“ folder.
So in my eyes it’s at least inconsequent (and I don’t like to have the sources 
file in the „Application“ folder).
What it make even stranger is the fact that I only need this copy if I use a 
downloaded image (I regularly download Moose-5.0 and PetitParser images from 
the CI).
My self-updated Pharo-3.0 works without it (on MacOS).
