Given that, now I /really/ feel it would be beneficial to have the talks recorded because otherwise you increase your work exponentially by excluding the bulk of the community from the conversation. You will have to try and convey all the decisions and rationales over what... the lists? AFAICT many Morphic replacements have failed primarily due to lack of community buy in.
