In general, you don't want them to flex and you don't want them to be
hit on the edges. If I were sending them, I'd do the following:   If
they are in sleeves, and are not warped in any way, you should stack
around 10 together, with the least desirable on the ends.  Get a bunch
of cardboard squares and put a few pieces on each end.  You may want to
protect the sleeves with newsprint, and then tape the 10
record/cardboard bundle together. Place it in a box, padding with bubble
wrap.  Place a couple of the boxes in a larger box, cushioned all around
with wadded up newspaper.  Seal and send Media Mail.
