Just one last comment on CC surcharges... if Wyatt's had online ordering, their surcharge would be higher - Banks charge for that extra risk. Not only that, there are additional costs for online processing services and secure carts. Not to mention the hassle of weeding out online credit card fraud (those people in Nigeria will order ANYTHING!). Remember, these costs have to be passed on in your pricing. For a small business, it isn't always worth the time, effort, hassle, and cost. Loran
