Hi Randy, You can tell by the soundbox, it is one of the new HMV ones being made in India. They are very light and it is amazing that they work. The soundbox needs to be light because the small motor used will not move a Victor soundbox across the record. A friend at work purchased one, he knew it was a repro, I adapted a Columbia 15A so it would fit the copper pipe tone arm and the motor would not propel it.
