I have the original Service bulletin No.7 from the Victor Talking Machine Company, entitled "Instructions for assembling and adjusting the Victrola 4 Sound box". It contains a detailed sectional view of showing details of a cross section of the No.4 Sound Box with all of the parts detailed by location and a cross section view of the needle arm bearing assembly. It also has a detailed listing of all of the parts, by part number and no. required. I could send you a scan of this if it would be of help.
