Knowing that sellers take their fees into account when they price their
items, I bid less when I see that a seller takes all forms of paypal.  I
offer less at antique malls by telling them that I will pay by cash or check
if the dealer gets hit for credit card charges.   When any kind of fee gets
built into a pricing system, everyone gets hurt except the entity receiving
the fee.
