The reason to avoid purchasing an item from a seller who very obviously is 
inflating his total 
shipping cost is this: you have no way of knowing what else he might possibly 
have inflated.  It 
is a clear sign of potential dishonesty and possible fraud.

Instead of standing in line at the post office, try this instead.  Use the web 
site and buy your 
postage and insurance on line and then schedule a pickup, its free.
