Hi Al, I was told that this style of oxidized reproducer generally came with oak cabinet machines, that is all I could find in my notes. I have never seen one on a phonograph. According to the material that I have the leatherette DD box came with A models, I do not know if they came with later ones. I have seen two A-250's, both have gold finish.
