The only times I had a problem Pay Pal took care of it after a bit of a wait both times, also I think they limit how many claims you can make in a 12 month period. Had to do quite a bit of E mailing back & forth to Pay Pal to get it taken care of, it's almost like they hope you just give up !

Paypal is acting like a credit card company without being one. No one else I deal with seems to have a problem taking mt CC. No one else has asked for a checking acct number! Amazon just ships my stuff. They don't ask were I bank. I just don't get why Paypal needs all this personal info. They are part of eBay now so they already have personal info, where you live etc..eBay ! charge the card and pay the seller...you know who I am! Just my thoughts. btw Amazon use second party sellers and takes CC's and the seller gets paid! Magic!
